CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a Therapeutic Care Worker to join the Therapeutic Residential Care Team in Coffs Harbour on a part time basis. The role delivers trauma-informed care to children, young people and families, supporting growth and development.

You will work a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, active and day shifts, helping with routines, activities and family engagement to foster emotional regulation and life skills.
