About the role

This role is perfect for anyone with experience in medical or allied health admin who wants to build on their skills. We're also open to any candidates just starting out in medical administration. The position is well-supported, and comprehensive training is provided, but we are looking for someone who’s comfortable working independently.

Your role will include

- Welcoming patients
- Answering enquiries
- Organising appointments
- Taking and recording payments
- Administration tasks related to the delivery of podiatry services
- Supporting the Podiatry team

Hours:
- 20-30 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours if required
- Although long term this position will be based at Newmarket, training will take place at our Holland Park clinic and applicants must be happy to work at both locations.

Skills and Experience

- Customer service background preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in medical admin required.
- Most importantly, are you hardworking, caring and willing to go above and beyond for your clients and colleagues?
