About the role: As part of the Bathroom Life team in Townsville, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
- Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Willingness to learn and grow, even without bathroom experience
- Comfort with computer systems and eagerness to learn new systems
- Open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Aspirations to develop a career locally, within the network or at head office
