About the Role

We're expanding our footprint in Western Australia and looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead the charge. Reporting to the General Manager - Rural,



you'll take ownership of the WA territory and be responsible for generating new business, growing silo sales, and building customer relationships across the region. You'll manage the full sales cycle from first enquiry through to delivery, while working closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to keep our product range competitive.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive current business development across the WA Grain Belt, building Ahrens' presence in an underdeveloped market
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting through to close
- Develop and execute a WA-specific business plan and sales strategy to meet KPIs and profitability targets
- Identify and win new business opportunities, reporting progress to senior management
- Achieve/exceed sales targets, with a focus on new-customer revenue aligned to seasonal trends
- Represent Ahrens at Field Days and industry events to generate leads
