We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic junior solicitor with at least 1‑2 years PAE to join our growing Commercial / Corporate team.

Specifically, you will be advising/negotiating/resolving disputes relating to:

- Disputes (approx. 70%) – advising on debt recovery for commercial clients, Fair Work compliance issues as well as shareholder disputes from time to time;
- Insolvency (approx. 10%) – working with liquidators on claims such as insolvent trading claims, preference payment claims etc.;
- Compliance (approx. 20%)



– setting up the compliance procedure for education institutions as well as ongoing monitoring of compliance work conducted over time.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Admitted lawyer with minimum 1–2 years PAE;
- Background in general litigation;
- Results driven;
- Pays attention to detail;
- Can‑do attitude.

Please note that this is a bilingual workplace, and we require solicitors that can speak and write fluent Mandarin.
