You’ll guide individuals through injury or illness claims with empathy and precision, helping them move forward and return to meaningful work. Working in a supportive and values-driven setting, you’ll collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders and be part of a team that genuinely cares.

What You’ll Do:

- Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of injury and illness claims, managing them from start to finish
- Liaise with medical providers, employers, and claimants to create safe and effective return-to-work plans
- Make confident liability decisions, set reserves accurately,



and implement tailored recovery strategies
- Keep all documentation and plans clear, compliant, and up to date
- Provide guidance and reassurance to claimants, ensuring a seamless and respectful claims experience

What You’ll Bring:

- At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end injury or illness related insurance claims
- A confident decision-making approach with exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to build rapport easily and communicate with empathy and professionalism
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
