Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team. Execute store functions relating to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of the guest experience. Ensure excellence in all areas and maintain Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity.What You’ll DoStore Financial Performance:Contribute to the store’s overall target by achieving productivity standardsAchieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonalityEngagement:Contribute to a positive store workplace through effective communication, teamwork,
