- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing data-driven social strategies and playbooks for global brands.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, client services and business development.
- Demonstrated branding knowledge on video, display and YouTube and creative capabilities on storytelling and presentation building.
- Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape and matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
