Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Property Consultant role based in American River, SA. The consultant will guide clients through the full property journey, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, and providing data-backed market insights. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, following up on leads, preparing and delivering proposals,



and supporting clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, developer offerings, pricing, and financing options, while using technology tools and internal systems to manage client information and activity. The consultant will collaborate with colleagues and developers to ensure a high-quality customer experience and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients, analyze market data, and match properties to client requirements.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client relationships professionally.Proven Sales experience, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-oriented workplace.Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis to support informed recommendations and efficient workflows.Knowledge of local real estate markets and developers; prior experience in residential or commercial property is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.Relevant education in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid authorization to work in the region.
