About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA or CA qualified
- 6-8 years of relevant experience within Australian Public Practice
- Confident managing your own client portfolio independently
- Solid business acumen with a knack for creative problem solving
- Highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (Xero & FYI docs experience preferred)

The Role

As a Senior Tax Accountant ,



you will take full ownership of your client portfolio and deliver a wide range of tax and accounting services. Working closely with the Partner and broader team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality support and advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing your own client portfolio end-to-end
- Preparing annual financial statements and income tax returns
- Conducting tax planning and forecasting
- Advising clients on business structuring, tax, and accounting issues
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and acting as their go-to advisor
- Maintaining compliance and ensuring deadlines are met
