About The Program
The Calvary OnePlus Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) is a national program designed to support graduates in building:
Clinical knowledgePractical skillsProfessional behaviours for lifelong learning
Through structured support and reflection, the program enables graduates to make evidence-based decisions and develop confidence in practice.
This 12-month program provides experience across multiple clinical settings in a supportive environment.

Mandatory Requirements
Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRAValid work rights in AustraliaMust be a new graduate:No previous GNTP participationLess than 3 months employment as an enrolled nurseAvailability to work minimum 32 hours/week
