Micah Projects is seeking a agile Support and Advocacy worker for the WTTCC program in Queensland. The role involves outreach to connect people with primary health care, housing, and community supports through integrated care.

This is a part-time position at Level 4 of the SCHADS award, focusing on crisis and planned support for vulnerable individuals. A tertiary qualification and experience with homelessness are required.
