HC Plant Operations Crew Members contribute to the operational needs of Council by undertaking construction and maintenance of Council roads and infrastructure across all of Hilltops. In this role you will be predominately driving heavy articulated trucks (HC – either floats or trucks & dogs) and operating other heavy plant and machinery, generally from our Boorowa depot.

HC truck drivers are crucial in ensuring our transport infrastructure works are delivered in a timely manner to meet contract guidelines and community expectations. These busy roles are ideal for knowledgeable, competent HC drivers with experience in generalist heavy plant operation (e.g. backhoes, excavators,



front-end loaders), and more specialised areas such as grader experience.

As this role may also provide support by undertaking skilled labouring duties and working overtime/after-hours work, you will have good physical fitness and be willing to participate in an on‑call roster (allowance provided per Award).
