We're a Sydney creative studio that makes short‑form video content for social. We're looking for an on‑camera host with a big personality — someone who lights up a phone screen and makes people want to keep watching. If you're the most outgoing person in your group and you're comfortable being the face of a video, we want to see you.

What you’ll do

- Be the on‑camera host for a range of short‑form video content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style)
- Bring energy and personality — carry a video with just you and a phone
- Engage and chat with people naturally on camera when a format calls for it
- Work off straightforward briefs and improvise — no rigid scripts
- Show up to shoots around Sydney ready to perform for a few hours at a time

Who we’re after

- Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable striking up a conversation with anyone
- Funny, quick on your feet, and warm on camera
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy being the centre of attention
- Sydney‑based and able to get to shoot locations




- No formal experience needed — personality beats a CV
- Basic phone‑filming instincts (framing, lighting, sound)

Logistics

- Casual / per‑shoot basis, flexible around study
- Paid hourly or per shoot — (insert your rate)
- Phone‑based to start; we handle all editing and direction, you bring the energy
