Collarcare, in partnership with a respected residential aged care provider, is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the clinical and operational performance of a well-established aged care home. You will oversee clinical governance and ensure secure, person-centred care while working with regional leadership.
This role requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, prior senior clinical leadership in residential aged care, and strong financial and people-management skills.
