Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable interactions.
- Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure accurate stock display and replenishment.
- Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
- Contribute to a supportive and fun in‑store culture.
- Promote a strong safety mindset and create a culture of safety within the team.
Qualifications - Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
