Are you a recent university graduate who is ambitious, confident and ready to build a successful career in sales? Do you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and solving customer problems?

Headwear Professionals is a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of premium caps and hats. With over 50 years of industry experience, we supply approved distributors throughout Australia and around the world.

We're looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Representative to join our team full-time and grow into a long-term sales professional.

What you'll be doing

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

Responding to sales enquiries and preparing quotations

Following up leads and identifying new business opportunities

Learning our extensive range of products and custom branding solutions

Working closely with our customer service and production teams

Providing exceptional service from enquiry through to order completion

Using our sales systems to manage customer relationships

About you

Recent university graduate (Business, Marketing, Commerce or similar preferred, but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills





Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn

Self-motivated, organised and proactive

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and in person

Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Current Australian driver's licence (preferred)
