About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners in the local community.

Your responsibilities include:

- Speaking with homeowners about their current energy bills and solar options.

- Generating qualified appointments for our Renewable Energy Specialists.

- Representing the Standout Solar brand professionally.

- Learning proven communication and sales skills through ongoing coaching.

- Working Monday to Friday—weekend work optional.
