We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Crown Sydney Boutique , partnering with the Boutique Manager to inspire a high-performing team, cultivate enduring client relationships, and deliver an elevated luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Boutique Manager to cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Deliver refined, personalised client experiences that embody the Paspaley standard.
- Build enduring relationships through exceptional clienteling and hospitality.
- Curate elevated styling appointments and bespoke client experiences.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship.
- Champion boutique performance through client excellence and commercial success.
- Uphold impeccable boutique presentation, operational excellence, and brand integrity.
- Bring Paspaley's heritage and craftsmanship to life through authentic storytelling.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail in a management or senior role.
- Proven sales and merchandise management success.
- Robust communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Qualifications in retail, marketing, or training & development.
- Experience in visual merchandising or luxury jewellery.
- Multilingual skills and knowledge of pearls.
