FIRM This represents an incredible opportunity with a well established mid tier firm based in Sydney CBD. This firm has an excellent reputation nationally and internationally. The firm provides their high quality clients with a wide variety of financial services.

POSITION

Due to strong growth, the position of Senior Manager has been created. This role will involve the following:

- Client relationship management
- Mentor, manage and review the work completed by a high performing team
- Providing high level tax compliance and advisory services

CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 10-15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (ideally within the mid tier or top 100 firms)
- Experience managing in excess of $1m in fees
- Exceptional tax compliance skills
- Experience with large and complex clients
- Outstanding client relationship management
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to mentor staff
- Stable employment history and longevity in previous roles
- Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)





My client is also happy to consider a strong Manager who is ready to step up to Senior Manager.
