Your role

Are you passionate about cars and ready to drive success in a dynamic start-up environment? Look no further! Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with Automotive Experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping to manage daily leads. Additionally, you will work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPI’s. This role will suit an applicant who is looking to work in a sales role with work-life balance, experience working with KPI’s, good computer skills and willing to receive proper training.

What we expect from you?





• Calling customers and explaining the benefits of using our service.

• Developing strategies to ensure lead conversion into sales opportunities.

• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.

• Recording all appropriate activities of sales in the CLMS (Customer Leads Management System) and assist with data reporting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Positive computer skills with experience using CRM and lead management systems.

• Willingness to receive training.

• Updated police check.

- Willing to get a Yard Manager License.

- Car sales or mechanical experience is a plus.

What can you expect from us?

• Tuesday to Saturday

• Salary base (50k – 60k) + superannuation + uncapped commissions. Most of our sales representatives can earn 75k-80k per year.
