MS Dynamics Technical BA – Cards & Payments (Sydney)

Join our team as a Senior Technical Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping customer‑centric solutions across complex payments and cards platforms. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive discovery, define requirements, and deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops and research activities to identify customer and business needs.
- Translate insights into business requirements, process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation where required.
- Apply design thinking and systems thinking to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
- Support product strategy and roadmap planning through data‑driven insights.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, and solution reviews.
- Measure solution effectiveness post‑implementation and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with technical delivery squads, architects, and integration teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst working within cross‑functional Agile environments.
- Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics) . (Mandatory)




- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
- Hands‑on experience with integrations including:
- APIs
- Kafka
- MQ
- TCP/IP
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- AS2805
- ISO8583
- 3D Secure (3DS)

Preferred Experience

- Fraud & Scam prevention domain knowledge.
- Exposure to ETL, PRM, and migration programs.
