AMK BizSolution AMK BizSolution Report To: Senior Manager, Deposit & Digital Performance Location: Head Office Closing Date: 13-Aug-2026 Job Responsibilities: Drive the growth of deposit balances across key product lines, ensuring sustainable and stable portfolio expansion.
Monitor deposit portfolio performance across CASA, Term Deposit, and Contractual Savings, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze customer segments, product performance, balance movements, and market trends to identify growth and risk areas.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly deposit movements to ensure secure and sustainable portfolio growth.
Track customer behavior, account activity, and product performance to support targeted growth strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve deposit mix (CASA %), reduce high-cost funds, and strengthen funding stability.
Coordinate with branch teams (ROs/RS/RMs) and other stakeholders to support acquisition, retention strategies, and address abnormal balance fluctuations.
Conduct regular branch visits to support execution and gather feedback for process and service improvements.
Reinforce strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable deposit balance growth.
Drive growth of depositors and digital adoption through effective acquisition across branches, digital platforms, and partnership/referral channels.
Manage and monitor digital onboarding, mobile banking adoption, and online account opening conversion and usage.
Collaborate with Digital Banking, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize onboarding and improve conversion and engagement.
Support the rollout of new digital features, enhancements, and campaigns to attract and retain deposit customers.
Collect customer feedback, identify gaps, and work with relevant teams to improve customer experience and digital journey.
Reinforce implementation of merchant monitoring and site visits in line with SOPs.
Ensure acquisition and onboarding activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
Assist in designing sales kits, training materials, and FAQs for frontline teams.
Qualification And Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in non-credit operations, preferably in a bank or MDI institution.
Experience in quality control or compliance roles is a strong advantage.
Requires to expert of Ms. Excel [advance excel is prefer].
Good problem solving skill.
Be able to communicate with verity people with the cross functional.
Be able to travel and conduct branch visits as required.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
