Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Older Persons Mental Health Services (OPMHS) based in Burnie, North West Tasmania. This permanent full time role works with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert nursing care and leadership in dementia care and mental health settings.

Your duties include policy development, care guidelines, case management for complex needs, carer education, and collaboration with health professionals, community groups and families.
