The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences? Join our vibrant team as a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant, where no two days are the same! Whether it’s a corporate function, wedding, or gala dinner, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide warm, professional service to guests across various event formats
- Set up and pack down food and beverage stations, including bars and buffets
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and RSA standards at all times

What we're looking for





- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
