Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Pregnancy Family Conferencing (PFC) coordinator to lead the program across the Local Health District, overseeing referrals and service delivery. The role supports sites where PFC is established and implements the model in newer sites.

The Pregnant Family Conferencing Coordinator works with the DCJ PFC coordinator to sustain and develop the program, reporting to the PARVAN Perinatal and Paediatric Program Manager as part of a team-oriented
