We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role will serve as a key liaison with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Office of General Counsel, Corporate Accounting, and Consolidations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across functions.
The Treasury
Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering the intercompany loan program, overseeing the Foreign Exchange (FX) program, and providing critical analysis and reporting on global cash balances and activity.
Essential Functions: Monitor and report on global cash balances
Lead quarterly cash repatriation processes
Manage and administer the intercompany loan program, including documentation, funding, settlements, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Monitor intercompany balances and ensure timely settlements and accurate reporting
Execute, settle, and roll FX hedges in accordance with company policy
Review and analyze FX reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain legal entity identifiers and Dodd-Frank protocols for all counterparties Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree,
minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of banking platforms, treasury workstations, and electronic payment processes, including wires, ACH, and fraud controls
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze cash flow trends and support working capital optimization through forecasting and reporting tools
Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting, account reconciliations, and audit-related documentation In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $76,500-$141,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $67,000-$124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
