About the Role

As the Infrastructure Lead at AnglicareSA, you will shape and strengthen our technology environment, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable and fit for purpose while driving continuous improvement across our technology services.

What you’ll do

- Support the Service Delivery team to deliver reliable, customer‑focused technology services.
- Manage and improve our infrastructure environment, including cloud, network, systems and cyber‑security capabilities.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service delivery, security and operational effectiveness.
- Support a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across Technology & Transformation.

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Have

- Demonstrated experience leading and supporting IT infrastructure environments, balancing technical delivery, service improvement and operational priorities.
- Strong experience across enterprise infrastructure, including cloud technologies, Microsoft environments, and cyber‑security practices.
- Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors and business leaders to deliver effective solutions.
- A proactive,



solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive improvements and take ownership of outcomes.

We Would Also Love You To Have

- Experience leading a technical team and building a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing technology vendors, service providers and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience working within a complex organisation where strong stakeholder relationships and customer‑focused service delivery are essential.
