We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a newly created Senior FP&A; Manager position.

This is a highly visible role supporting their retail banking division, with a strong focus on forecasting, scenario analysis, financial modelling and stress testing .

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in planning, stress testing and analysing the financial impact of changing business conditions while helping to shape commercial and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead forecasting, planning and scenario analysis activities
- Develop and enhance financial models to support business planning and stress testing exercises
- Analyse financial performance and identify key business drivers, risks and opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the business to challenge assumptions and improve decision making
- Prepare high-quality reporting,



presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and modelling processes
- Support regulatory and internal planning exercises through robust analysis and documentation

What you’ll bring

- CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in FP&A;, strategic finance or decision support
- Previous experience within a retail banking workplace is essential
- Excellent financial modelling skills, with exposure to TM1, Anaplan or similar tools highly regarded
- Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret complex data and identify key business drivers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior audiences
