Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Mile End store , where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.
This is a Full time position, Tue - Sat roster, 38 hours per week .
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
- Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
- Unpack and understand each customer’s project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
- Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
- Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
- Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
