Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing end to end delivery of administration services.
- Provide support in relation to Investment Fund and Defined Benefits.
What you’ll do
- Deliver seamless administration for specialist retirement products.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing,
training, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years' experience in financial services with expertise in superannuation and retirement products.
- Strong knowledge of Investment Funds, Defined Benefit, and Lifetime Pension products.
- RG146 compliant
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
