RHFA is a privately owned allied health practice with over 17 years of history in community and advanced rehabilitation across Sydney. We’re a close-knit, experienced team and we work with adults across NDIS, DVA, Lifetime Care Support, Support at Home and more.

The role
We’re looking for experienced OTs to join our adult community team. Day-to-day, this role focuses on:
- Assistive technology assessment and prescription
- Home modification recommendations and report writing
- DVA-funded client management
- NDIS community-based therapy and functional assessments
- Working collaboratively within a small, MDT-style team
- Functional and AT assessment for support at home
- Restorative Care supports
- Multi D engagement and collaborative and integrated care.
You’ll split your time between community work across Sydney metro area and either our North Strathfield or our Gledswood Hills clinic, depending on your caseload and location. This allows you to access supports and be part of the team. But we’re flexible on the mix and open to working with you on a schedule that actually suits your life. We have cloud based and developed systems that can support you to work flexibly and efficiently including balancing responsibilities at home.

About you
- You have grounded experience with adults in a community or rehabilitation setting or a passion to learn.
- You’re confident with or willing to be supported with AT and home mods prescription
- You're client focussed and want to be in an workplace that prioritises learning and support
- You're a proactive learner and motivated to advocate for great client outcomes
And we are great at team training, professional development, career staging and growth and if you have experience and an interest in the above then we have the right supports for you in order to learn and grow.
You will hold
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 12 month's experience, ideally in community or rehabilitation settings
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
