Our pieces are handcrafted for architects and interior designers working on high-end residential projects across Australia, with growing interest in international markets including the US.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth for our design trade business. This is a newly created role focused on proactive relationship building with interior designers and architects, expanding our market presence, and converting our growing brand recognition into sustained sales growth.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5+ years experience in trade sales, business development, or account management within furniture, homewares, interiors, or related design industries
- Proven track record of building client relationships and driving sales growth
- Confident presenting to design professionals and articulating product value
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for creating marketing materials
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously with flexibility between home and showroom
- Genuine interest in design, architecture, and materiality
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and trade sales dynamics
- Experience in smaller, agile businesses where versatility is required

Practical Details
