An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to join a large, complex organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Director, Performance Analytics, this role plays a critical part in delivering data‑led insights across customer identity, authentication and credit processes, supporting improved risk timeval, compliance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to monitor identity verification and authentication controls.
- Develop reporting frameworks to support internal policy, regulatory and governance Komment and periods.
- Deliver actionable insights and forecasting to highlight risks, opportunities and performance trends.
- Translate complex data and policy requirements into clear, business‑focused insights.
- Ensure strong data accuracy,
governance and consistency across reporting outputs.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI and visualisation tools and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and data models.
- Experience in credit risk, fraud, identity or compliance analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, statistics or a related discipline.
