We are a privately owned long day care centre located in Oakville, 15 minutes from Rouse Hill in Sydney's North West. Set amongst rural acres, our centre caters for children between 2 - 6 years old who enjoy our on site farm, veggie garden and plenty of space to run around and be their best selves! Awarded Number One Early Childhood Service in Australia at the Small Business Champion Awards. We are proud to have most recently won the Business Excellence Award at the 2025 Excellence in Early Childhood Education and care Awards. Qualifications & experience

- A Diploma OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Career development opportunities including paid Diploma course for Certificate III Educator

- Be a confident communicator with both children and families

- You will have a genuine passion for what you do

- Be interested in career development and grow as an early childhood professional

Tasks & responsibilities

- Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments

- Support children’s development and wellbeing

- Ensure compliance with Safety, National Law, Regulatory Standards, and Centre policie

- Interacting and building strong professional relationships with children and families

- Contributing to the services self assessment tool, quality improvement,

- Working as a team and contributing ideas

- Monitor, record and evaluate children’s learning and development

- Provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child
