EXPERIENCED CABINET INSTALLER / FACTORY CABINETMAKER WANTED

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hard-working person to join our cabinetmaking team.

We are open to applicants with strong experience in either cabinet installation, factory cabinetmaking, or both.

Installer duties may include:

- Installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom joinery
- Reading plans and checking site dimensions
- Levelling and fixing cabinetry
- Fitting panels, fillers, kickboards and trims
- Adjusting doors and drawers
- Completing finishing and rectification work
- Problem-solving on site

Factory duties may include:

- Reading plans and cutting lists
- Cabinet assembly
- Fitting hinges, runners, legs and hardware
- Operating CNC, edge-bander and other machinery
- Preparing panels and components
- Quality checking finished cabinetry
- Packing and preparing jobs for installation
- General factory duties

We are looking for someone who:





- Has solid cabinetmaking or installation experience
- Is reliable and turns up on time
- Is hard working and productive
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Can work accurately and efficiently
- Can work independently when required
- Has good attention to detail
- Can problem-solve
- Works well as part of a team

A current driver’s licence is required for installation work.

Full time, casual or subcontract arrangements may be considered depending on experience.

Pay will be based on experience and ability.
