An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate, Diploma-qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly and professional team at our boutique childcare centre in Earlwood leading our preschooler room.

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident leadership abilities (2IC potential)
- Bright, energetic, and passionate about early childhood
- At least 2 years of experience in the early childhood sector
- Proactive and team-oriented

Your Role Will Include:

- Collaborating with the Educational Leader on planning and curriculum
- Creating engaging learning environments and meaningful experiences
- Observing, evaluating,



and documenting children’s learning
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
- Taking on a responsible person role (including opening/closing the centre)
- Organising events, incursions and excursions
- Supporting continuous improvement across the service
- And of course – having fun while inspiring young learners!
