About the Role
Our Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC) Services are on the lookout for qualified Educators to join our supportive and compassionate team on a casual basis.
Role details:
- Multiple casual positions available for an immediate start
- Locations: OSHC & ELC in Illawarra & Macarthur areas
- Salary ranges from $32.74 per hour up to $39.37 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications) + Worker Retention Payment
- Work flexible hours that suit you, from 6:30 am - 9:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide children with a safe, secure, interactive, welcoming and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a team of up to 10 to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Working closely with the Coordinator to develop, implement and evaluate the daily care routines and activities for children
- Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and families

About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Current approved First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Experience delivering quality education and/or care of children
- Solid communication skills, adaptable, organised, collaborative, kind and caring
