Excavator & Posi-Track Operators – Final Trim

Sydney Plant Hire is a proud family-owned and operated business seeking experienced Excavator and Posi-Track Operators to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating excavators of various sizes and Posi-Tracks
- Completing accurate final trim, detailed excavation and earthworks
- Reading and interpreting site plans, levels and specifications
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and reporting maintenance requirements
- Working safely and complying with all site and workplace health and safety requirements
- Cooperating with supervisors,



trades and other site personnel

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in final trim and detailed earthworks
- Proven competency operating excavators and Posi-Tracks
- Relevant plant tickets, VOCs or other evidence of competency, where required
- Current White Card
- Current manual driver licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow site instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Legal right to work in Australia
