Hays Recruitment is working with a range of well-established commercial and residential contractors across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
Due to ongoing project demands, we are seeking reliable General Labourers on a variety of sites.
Your New Role
Working with experienced site teams, you will assist with the day-to-day running of construction projects while maintaining a protected and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Site clean-up and housekeeping
- Manual handling and moving materials
- Assisting tradespeople on site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Following site safety procedures
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Construction White Card
- 12+ months previous labouring or construction experience preferred
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Ability to work well within a team
