About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll drive the vision behind Clove's next product chapter, with a focus on agentic workflows.

This is a rare brief: agentic consumer design has no playbook yet. You'll help define what it looks like when an AI actually runs a household's kitchen β€” working directly with founders who scaled design-led product at Canva from launch to global unicorn.

The role is equal parts systems thinking and highly intentional consumer design. It would suit someone who is confident in their craft, motivated by building, and excited about owning an end-to-end product vision.

The role

- Understand the problem space and company goals. Connect the dots between company goals, user problems and market opportunity. You'll work with the entire team β€” from founders to engineering and growth β€” to deeply absorb the company context.
- Design and dream the future. Creatively and intellectually you'll live in the future, and your job is to bring that future to millions of home cooks worldwide.
- Bridge the gap between vision and execution. Work closely with founders to translate vision and company goals into thoughtful designs β€” and create clarity for the engineering team to bring them to life.
- Champion quality and product principles.



Hold a world-class consumer design standard β€” ensuring the product experience is simple, cohesive and solves the right problems.
- Own the feedback loop between users and engineers. You'll regularly speak to customers through support and interviews, and ensure a clear feedback loop back to the team building the product.
- Own a range of design projects. Design across product, marketing and brand β€” leaning into different areas as priorities change.

About you

- 5+ years designing consumer products, with a portfolio that shows both systems thinking and obsessive interaction craft.
- You're technically versed and genuinely interested in agentic systems β€” you've worked with LLMs and design AI-first
- You communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively, bringing day-to-day clarity for engineers
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, working autonomously and embracing ambiguity β€” you know when to keep it easy and when to go deep
- Bonus: you have an interest in cooking and food
