Positions Available: Part time and Casuals

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual handling and washing of used pots, pans and associated cooking utensils so they can be used by chefs in production kitchens.




- One area dedicated to pots and pans used in Halal food production a separate pot wash used for soiled non-Halal production.
- Detail Cleaning of commercial areas including cold rooms, bench tops, walls, floors and ceilings.
- Using colour coding practices and systems to ensure no cross contamination.
- High pressure washing of kitchen equipment

Essential Criteria:

- Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning or catering Facility (preferred)
- Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning.
- Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
- Understanding of OHS practices
- Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
- Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
- Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
- Good communication skills
