About the role:
This is a full time position for a hands on Bar Manager with career progression for the right person. Offering the highest service standards and working with a professional team, whilst being in a fun and relaxed environment. You will be responsible for staff supervision inclusive of training, maintaining and creating exceptional customer relationships, and being a true professional and face of the business.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Fast paced, premium restaurant experience.
- Good experience in working with suppliers, ordering and stock control
- Immaculate presentation with a professionalism.
- Extensive wine knowledge, cocktail experience is highly desired.
- A true Team player.
- Hands on management style.
