Negotiable hourly rate, pending on your skills, experience and leadership capability

Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening required

Current driver's licence required

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.

Why Join Heidelberg Materials?

This role offers far more than a traditional mechanic position. You'll have the opportunity to:

Develop your leadership skills while continuing to apply your technical expertise

Influence workshop performance and contribute to long-term fleet reliability

Mentor the next generation of mechanics

Be part of a supportive leadership team that values continuous improvement and innovation

Build experience that can open pathways into broader maintenance, transport and operational leadership roles across Heidelberg Materials.
