Salary: $130,000-$180,000 package plus bonus | 5-10 years PAE!

About our Client:

Our client is a well-established commercial law firm approaching three decades in the market, acting for business owners and commercial clients across a genuinely diverse client base, with offices on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

The Position:

You will join a lean, well-established Commercial Litigation team working directly alongside a Director and a Special Counsel, picking up a genuine mix of advisory and litigation work drawing on the firm's Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Sydney offices,



with real scope to build client relationships and take on billing responsibility as the practice grows.

What You'll Bring:

- 5 to 10 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation and disputes, private practice
- Strong technical drafting and advisory skills across commercial dispute matters
- Comfortable managing an active file load and taking ownership of client relationships
- A collaborative team player who values working closely with senior lawyers
- Current admission to practice in Queensland, or eligible for admission
- A genuine interest in joining an expanding firm

On Offer:

- $130,000 to $180,000 package depending on experience, plus bonus on billings above target
