Ready for your next FIFO opportunity from Perth? We're seeking experienced All Round Operator's to join a well-established mining contractor at the King of the Hill Gold Mine Project in Western Australia.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining contractor delivering safe and efficient operations at the King of the Hill Mine Project. We are currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join the site on a casual basis. Located approximately 230km north of Kalgoorlie near Leonora, King of the Hill is a significant gold mining operation in WA's Eastern Goldfields.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced All Round Operator to work across a range of production and ancillary equipment on site. You'll work a 2/1 roster rotating across day and night shift, with FIFO from Perth and camp and meals provided.

Equipment across site includes:

- Haul Truck: CAT 789
- Loader: Komatsu WA900
- Dozer: CAT D10 & Komatsu 375
- Grader: CAT 16M

Key Responsibilities





- Operate heavy production and ancillary equipment safely and efficiently across site
- Complete daily pre-start checks and report any hazards or defects promptly
- Follow site plans, instructions and traffic management requirements
- Maintain a tidy work area and support protected, respectful interactions across all teams
- Contribute positively to a people-first site culture
- Support and share knowledge with teammates to help build a strong crew

What's on Offer

- $66.91 - $78.30 per hour (based on experience)
- Available for an Immediate Start
- Casual engagement
- 2/1 roster, rotating day and night shift

- Camp and meals provided

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience operating similar heavy production and ancillary equipment
- A safety-first mindset and strong personal accountability on site
- A positive, team-oriented attitude that fits well within an established crew
- Australian Work Rights and Driver's Licence
- Current Pre-employment Medical & National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Relevant RII competencies & training transcripts
