The prospect
As Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Moorabbin DFO store — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team and drive robust commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people and owning their numbers.
What you'll do
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service
Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising
Create smart,



commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets
Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally
