My client is a boutique Queensland law firm looking for a Senior Lawyer to join their growing team. Remote-first role with genuine flexibility, ideal if you're ready for more autonomy and less bureaucracy than a larger firm offers.

The Role
Run your own file load, mainly commercial litigation, from inception to resolution
Advise clients clearly and strategically at every stage of a dispute
Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, contracts and settlement documents
Appear in courts and tribunals, or prepare briefing materials
Build strong client relationships with a focus on practical outcomes
Collaborate with the broader legal team on complex or cross-practice matters

About You
Admitted to practice in Australia, 5+ years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
Proven ability to manage matters independently,



start to finish
Strong written and verbal communicator with a client-first approach
Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
Current Queensland practising certificate
