About The Role
Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT team
Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performanceMaintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care
Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
About You

Essential Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist
Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
