The Role
Lead and coordinate surgical days
Mentor and develop the nursing team
Maintain exceptional clinical and patient care standards
Provide hands‑on surgical and hospital nursing
Perform anaesthesia monitoring, IV placement, blood collection
Assist with imaging and dental procedures
Oversee stock control and support clinic operations
You’ll lead by example — clinically robust, organised, and calm under pressure.
About You
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (experienced uncertified nurses considered)
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Passionate about leadership and team development
Confident across surgery, anaesthesia, imaging, and hospital care
Committed to excellence, empathy, and integrity
No sponsorship required
